ctober 6 – 29, 2022 A site-specific installation that combines the natural world with elements of a built environment, artist Greg Amanti‘s exhibition Intermezzo aims to replicate a dreamlike aesthetic where two worlds can co-exist. Allowing the process to dictate the outcome, Amanti replicates trees, the ground, rocks, and the human form; he then copies them using mirrors, neon and painted glass and places the result back into the composition. “Similar to creating a set design for a play, except the stage is a composition of nature”.
