First Friday at the Phillips Museum of Art

This February, the Phillips Museum of Art will participate in Lancaster City’s First Friday from 5 to 8 pm. On First Friday, many downtown galleries and local stores stay open late to celebrate the city’s vibrant arts community. This First Friday, be sure to stop by the Phillips Museum of Art to explore our current exhibitions including the site-specific installation Sonya Clark: Finding Freedom which highlights Lancaster as a location along the Underground Railroad; What a Wonderful World, an exhibition of environmental art by Binh Danh, Rena Detrixhe, Ryan Hoover, and Marion Wilson; and Containing the Muse: Artists’ Books as Expression & Form that features 15 works from the Franklin & Marshall College Library, Archives and Special Collections. Admission is free and open to all.
