On Wednesday, April 14th, at 5 p.m. Roberta Olson, Curator of the New-York Historical Society and Professor of Art History Emerita at Wheaton College, will give a virtual lecture titled “Rara avis: John James Audubon: Artist, Naturalist, and Early Conservationist”. This event is presented in conjunction with the exhibition Birds of the Northeast: Gulls to Great Auks. Learn more about the exhibition here.

This event is part of the Edwin L. Weisl, Jr. Lectureships in Art History, funded by the Robert Lehman Foundation.
