Co-founded by pianist Eunmi Ko and composers Benjamin D. Whiting and Alex Shanafelt, CAMP’s mission is to be an international platform that elevates the voices of contemporary artists and connects them with the public at large. Since its inception in 2021, the association has produced numerous concerts with music by living composers, including performances at the Timucua Arts White House, collaborating with Korean composers for Project Gūt, and participating in a benefit concert with the New Arts Collaboration. CAMP also hosts the annual festival CAMPGround and publishes weekly podcast episodes about music history, repertoire, and the careers of living musicians.
